Constructed fencing of adminstartive building, farmer’s guest house, demonstration unit of orchrd and medicinal and aromatic block for safety from wild animal.

Purchased of new tractor, farm equipments like sugarcane ridger, trench opner and 20 hp new motor for old tubewell for conducting proper and timely operation required for seed production at KVK farm (21.16 ha).

Constructed a 10 hp submersible tubewell for strengthening the irrigation facility at KVK farm.

Constructed a tin shed for proper and safe storage of the farm produces.

Established soil & water testing Laboratory for testing of the farmer’s soil sample.

Installed new 10 KVA capacity silent diseal genset for unintrupted power supply during the training programmes/conferences/workshops and for the different labs at KVK.

To promote the renewable energy sources, 10 no. of solar light panel had been installed at KVK farm. These are quite helpful in protection of crops in the night time from wild animal.

Constructed vermin compost unit at KVK farm for training of farmers and output is used for increasing the fertility of farm by organic manner.

Established automatic weather station at KVK farm with the help of Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Pune for generation of wheather database.

Construction of approach road upto the end point of he farm so that farm can be better visited by the farmers.

Established poultry demonstration unit for effective training of the farmers .

Demonstration of off seasonal vegetable cultivation under protected condition.

Established aromatic and medicinal block for promoting the cultivation of aromatic and medicinal plants in the district.
